Account Registration and Management
Opening an Account
To open an account on pb88, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pb88 reserves the right to close both accounts and forfeit any bonuses.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify the pb88 support team immediately. pb88 will never ask for your password by email or message.
Identity Verification (KYC)
pb88 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If the information submitted is found to be false or incomplete, the account will be closed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your name. Payments sent from a third party's name may result in the transaction being cancelled.
Withdrawal Process and Timeframe
Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, processing may take longer due to identity verification or security review. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
pb88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals and request additional information if unusual transactions or fraud are suspected.
Currency and Taxes
All transactions on pb88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is personally responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties on their winnings or bonuses. pb88 does not provide tax advice to any user.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New users on pb88 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For a deposit of ৳22,000, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.
The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. This means that for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. There is no wagering requirement on the original deposit — wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.
General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each offer only once.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household will result in bonus cancellation.
- pb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer, with or without prior notice.
- pb88's decision regarding the use of any bonus or promotion is final.
VIP Program
pb88's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
pb88 is committed to ensuring fair play. Any form of cheating, use of bots, software exploits, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Technical Errors and Disputes
If a technical error in any game results in an incorrect outcome or incorrect payout, pb88 reserves the right to correct that error. Any winnings resulting from an error will not be considered valid. In the event of a dispute, pb88's server logs will be considered the definitive evidence. If you suspect an error, contact the support team immediately.
Betting Rules
In sports betting, all bets remain active until the outcome has been determined. If an event is cancelled or not completed, pb88 has the option to void the bet and return the participant's stake. In live betting, if a bet is accepted with an inconsistency due to network delay, pb88 may void that bet.
Prohibited Activities
Unacceptable Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pb88 platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's systems or software.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour towards other users.
- Placing bets or operating games using any automated tool or bot.
- Misuse of bonus benefits or bonus arbitrage.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, pb88 reserves the right to permanently close the account and take legal action if necessary.

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any pending bets must be settled before the account is closed. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided; however, bonus balances will be cancelled if the related wagering requirements have not been met.

pb88 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
- Provision of false information
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Account inactive for an extended period

Severability
